We specialize in sheet metal stamping, cold stamping of wire to make screws and small parts, plastic moulding, co-moulding of level regulation feet and making nylon wheels.

Warehouses cover an area of 5,000 sqm/total, 3,000 sqm covered plus 2,000 sqm uncovered.

Plastics processing:

equipped with fully-automated horizontal injection moulding machines from 110 to 200 tonnes and vertical machines with rotary table from 75 to 240 tonnes for co-moulding with PA, PP or PVC part inserts of wheels and feet, and automatic stations for mounting locking nuts on the feet.

Sheet metal stamping:

equipped with presses from 40 to 500 tonnes for stamping all sheet metal components with progressive dies, transfer and hand-operated shooting presses, as well as assembly lines for wheels and rollers.

Cold forging of wire:

with multi-station presses of up to 400 tons equipped with the latest production and control technology for cold forging of wire and with comb and roller threading machines for the production of inserts for adjusting feet as well as special screws, threaded pins and rivets.

Tooling and mould maintenance:

for the construction of moulds for the plastics department and the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of all equipment. New equipment and moulds are also built and used in our factory.

Logistics:

warehouse and shipping department where products from internal departments and external processors are prepared for delivery to customers. By means of counting scales, they are packed, depending on shipping requirements, in cardboard boxes, wooden crates or metal containers.
Own truck fleet for direct delivery to the customer.

We have invested in a range of automated machinery and equipment for our processing. Our companies are equipped with a machine park that includes presses of up to 1000 tons. Although we have a modern machine park, we are always oriented towards new investments in technology.
